The Lead Publishing Producer
is a new role, within our Development Management and Support team. You will oversee and co-ordinate the publishing components that directly impact the development and quality of our games. You will ensure that our projects are setup for success, closely collaborating with leadership and key publishing functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support our development teams, marketing, sales, and external partners to maintain clear communication and alignment on projects.
- Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, plans, timelines and reports, ensuring transparent and effective communication across the business.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing potential impacts on timelines or quality.
- Drive our internal feedback process, including development gate reviews, milestone reviews and feedback tracking.
- Help to develop and maintain our Player First research and validation strategy, delivering regular player insights and improving product quality throughout development.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, working closely with internal and external QA teams to resolve issues and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate seamless game releases, including localization efforts and customer support to ensure a satisfying player experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to address production-related challenges and ensure smooth progress.
- Evaluate game products at various stages of development to ensure they meet quality and market expectations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating cross-studio collaboration and sharing industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Senior-level experience with 5+ years in external development or game production for publishing, ideally in the AAA gaming space on PC and Console.
- Multiple successfully shipped titles including third person ARPG and Action-Adventure.
- In-depth knowledge of the AAA game development lifecycle, multi-platform experience, and international game publishing processes.
- Ability to assess quality and foresee development challenges at all phases of product development.
- Proven track record of managing multiple project timelines, budgets, and risks simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external teams.
- Expertise in release management, quality assurance, localization, and customer support within the gaming industry.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities, with proficiency in project management tools.
- A deep understanding of industry trends, player preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform data-driven decisions and optimise product performance.

Recruitment Process:
- Once our Talent Acquisition team receives your application, together with the hiring team, we will review your CV, portfolio and the answers you provided in the application form and if all the boxes are ticked, we're moving to the next stage.
- Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - During this call you'll learn about the company and we learn about you. We'll talk about your experience & expectations with working in a fully remote environment and we'll talk about your expertise. We'll finish this call with some admin questions. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well.
- After the initial call, usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team follows. These interviews will be a bit more technical and will go deeper into your experience, skills & knowledge. As you would have signed an NDA by now, you'll also learn a bit more about the project you would work on. During these interviews we'll also focus on finding out whether you're a good fit for our company culture and that we share the same values.
- We may or may not ask you to do the test - this is decided on an individual basis and you will receive instructions with the test.
- If everything goes well, the last step in the recruitment process is the offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and your future line manager to discuss the offer and next steps to get you successfully on board.
